For generations, traditional desserts have been a part of our family. Every gathering, celebration, and holiday brought homemade sweets made from recipes passed down through the years.
From Palestine to Toronto

When our family came from Palestine to Toronto, we brought more than just our belongings with us. We brought the flavours, traditions, and recipes that made home feel like home.
The next chapter
We moved to Ottawa
Our journey eventually brought us to Ottawa. Wanting to share the desserts we grew up making, we began bringing those traditional flavours to our new community.
The beginning
Dessert Garden founded
What started in our family kitchen soon became something we wanted to share with others. With encouragement from friends and family, Dessert Garden was created to bring our traditional recipes to tables across Ottawa.

Today, we're proud to serve Ottawa and Gatineau with handcrafted Middle Eastern desserts made with traditional recipes, quality ingredients, and the same care we've always put into making them for our family.
